Favorite Cocktail Recipes

my favorite is the sidecar:

1 1/2 ounces cognac
1/2 ounce cointreau or triple sec
1/2 ounce lemon juice

i serve it in a martini glass with a sugared rim.

I tried the cosmopolitan cocktail recipe, and it turned out great! I am going to try making it next time with a cranberry flavored vodka.

My go-to recipe is the classic Sangria: red wine, brandy, OJ, sugar and fruits. I'd like to try some other recipes for parties, any suggestions???
I'm open to all types of spirits and liqueurs. Thanks!
