So if you guys are interested in eclectic styles of sushi, there will be a nyotaimori feasting in Union Square. For those unfamiliar with the Japanese term, it is a body sushi event. There will be both a male and female (both very beautiful by the way) model with sushi on their bare bodies. The food will be placed on a leaf first of course - perfectly sanitary.
June 19th is the date - check it out, its a 1st time low fee for video promotional purposes.

The loft is over here - unionsquareloft.com
I am the coordinator, so it is cool to speak with me. cheers |

| Have you tried Sushi Yasuda? Simple space but amazing sushi. Really amazing. Go for broke and order the chef's omakase. He'll pick the best. If they have baby crabs on the menu, grab as many as you can. Amber on the UES is great, too; it's sort of a neighborhoody attempt to be Nobu. Food is great. |

| Of all the sushi places in Manhattan, which ones really are the best? I'm mostly looking for the quality of fish, but inventive dishes can also score points. I'm hesitant to fork over a chunk of my income at Masa or Morimoto without first having a good idea of what else is available. Maybe there's an under-the-radar place tucked away in the East Village with amazing sushi? Also, amongst the most expensive sushi restaurants, which one is really worth the price? I've been to Blue Ribbon and Bond St., and would not consider myself a sushi novice, but would be interested in hearing what all of you have to say! |
