I love the list you provided but I really cannot travel to any of those places any time soon. For those of you who can't travel like me I suggest trying a few things close to home. I like to take a yoga class to stretch and then go get a spa treatment right afterwards. it is the most relaxing experience ever and your body will thank you for it. I participate in yoga classes up in Hollywood and I am totally stoked because there is a new spa opening up at Hollywood and Highland (which is super close to my class). I already signed up for the mailing list at spaluce.com so I can get discounts and perks. I am also super excited because if you get a spa treatment at Spa Luce, you can use the Renaissance hotel pool for the rest of the day. Yoga, then a massage, then a nice swim.....really helps my health and well being Smile

I work long hours in a stressful position, which has taken its toll on my overall sense of well being. Last year, I decided it was time to focus on restoring the health of my body, and made a trip to the Bagus Jati Resort in Bali. As part of the Detox Retreat program, I participated in daily yoga sessions, went on nature walks and recieved foot reflexology massages and detoxifying spa treatments. I was amazed at how quickly the activities and the enviroment calmed my mind. By the end of my stay, I felt completely cleansed and relaxed. I would recommend going away to a health retreat to anyone who feels stressed out and sluggish. The benefits to your health and state of mind are invaluable.
